The r-code file <DLC>\properties\international.properties (The system cannot find the file specified) cannot be found. (7953)
.NET proxy generated and worked properly in OpenEdge 10.0A
CHANGE:
Upgraded to OpenEdge 10.0B from OpenEdge 10.0A
CAUSE:
international.properties file which is used by ProxyGen was missing from DLC\Properties
FIX:
Copy international.properties file from another installation into DLC\Properties
