Rountable 8.1 cannot deploy to runtime licenses without fix.
Roundtable version 8.1 cannot deploy code to runtime licenses on Unix.
The problem is that the Unix RTB8.1A _update.w creates an unencrypted
program called rtbcomp.tmp to use in compiling the deployed code. A
Progress Runtime license will not compile unencrypted code and this
causes _update.w to fail when it tries to run rtbcomp.tmp. There is a
revised copy of _update.w with an encrypted copy of rtbcomp.tmp
available from Starbase. The _update.w and the rtbcomp.tmp belong in
the rtb_inst subdirectory.
