FIX:
The ODBC-JDBC bridge was never tested against the SQL-89 ODBC driver and it is not supported.
According to our Development Team, we supply ODBC and JDBC drivers so no bridge is necessary with SQL-92.
There might possibly be a need for it and it might work, but Progress does not support it.
