SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer processes cause the CPU usage to increase to 100%
AppServer processes cannot be killed with Task Manager.
System wide performance slows significantly.
Process can be killed using Sysinternals - Process Explorer tool
CAUSE:
We end up in an inconsistent state on the server side, and we get stuck in a loop trying to process the result of the procedure that didn't actually execute.
