Another OpenEdge version is installed in the machine
After reinstalation the OpenEdge version in the project is not 10.1A
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Change OpenEdge version to 10.1A in the project properties -> OpenEdge selection -> Runtime tab
