FIX:
During this message display Progress is tailoring files like script files, BAT files, property files, etc. Progress also may be installing 3rd party components (Sonic, etc) depending on what products are getting installed, and also making registry entries on Windows.
The installation procedure has been improved for OpenEdge 10.1A over previous versions, and the time taken during this "Configuring files" phase has been significantly reduced.
