Fathom Management 3.x
SYMPTOM(s):
Storage Area view page reporting ?? for all after image areas/files %used except for the active after image file.
Only the active after image file has a valid percentage used value.
?? reported for % used for most after image files in the Storage Area view of Fathom Management
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. The ?? indicate that Fathom is not able to access the requested information. Only one AI file can be access at a time. The non-active ai files will have ?? reported for Used%
FIX:
This is expected behavior. Please reference the Database Management Guide -> Examining data from the OpenEdge Database -> Understanding OpenEdge Database Views -> Storage Area views.
