Connection failure for host <host_name> port <port> transport <transport_name>. (9407)
Clients cannot connect to AppServer
CAUSE:
Maximum Server instances was reached but more clients tried to connect
FIX:
Make sure that the number of Maximum Servers is at leased one higher than the Maximum client instances.
At least on Server has to be available to allow new connects to the AppServer.
