Fathom license entered prior to RDBMS license
The "Replication" product you have chosen to install can only be installed to a directory containing a v10.1A OpenEdge installation, but the destination path you have chosen does not contain an OpenEdge installation.
Select "OK", then choose "Select Destination Pathname" to choose a directory containing a v10.1A OpenEdge.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Enter first the OE Enterprise RDBMS or OE Workgroup RDBMS license
