How to get a new password to the Download Center
GOAL:
What can I do if I have forgotten my account details for the download center?
FIX:
Two scenarios:
1. You have the USER ID but not the password
Click the link "send you a temporary replacement" from the log in page on the download center
Fill in your USER ID and e-mail address.
I new password will be created and sent to you.
2. You have neither USER ID nor password
Contact Customer Services and ask them to send you your USER ID. For this they need your e-mail address.
Now that you have the USER ID you can follow the steps for scenario 1 and request a new password.
