Power Users can not shut down a database started by another Power User
GOAL:
Power Users can not disconnect an user of a database started by another Power User
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
Citrix MetaFrame (for Windows 2000 Terminal Server)
CAUSE:
Currently only users from the Administrators group can stop and start the database and disconnect users from the database.
FIX:
This is a known issue under investigation by Progress Software
