SYMPTOM(s):
Reports with images fail to print to specific printers
Client executing the report hangs
Report Builder is installed in Citrix environment
problem doesn't happen for all printers or users
CAUSE:
Printers that this failed with did not have the correct drivers installed
FIX:
Make sure printers have the latest compatible driver installed
