Error 293 spawning gui client after installing WebSpeed on the existing installation path

Adecomm/_uniqfil.p was not found (293)
The existing installation had Progress Service Pack 9.1D09 installed
CHANGE:
Installed WebSpeed 9.1D license
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Reinstall Service Pack 9.1D09 on the same installation path to restore the files that were overwritten by the WebSpeed installation.
