wsnsa.dll not available on SCO unixware for WS 2.X, 3.X
wsnsa.dll not available on SCO unixware installs of WebSpeed

The wsnsa.dll, used to communicate in shared memory to Netscape Web
Server did not ship with the SCO unixware versions of WebSpeed.
Initially, the reason it did not ship is because we did not have the Netscape libraries to build the wsnsa.dll prior to shipment.
The cgiip executable did ship and is available on that platform as a
messenger.
There are no plans at this time to make the wsnsa.dll available for
the SCO unixware platform in either WS 2.X or 3.X.
