SYMPTOM(s):
Crystal Reports Report Viewer ActiveX does not show total page numbers.
Navigating through the report using the "Go to Next Page" navigation button will show the page numbers as: 1 of 1+; 2 of 2+; 3 of 3+ etc.
Fetch Array Size of the ODBC Driver's Datasource has been increased.
Once the last page of the report has been reached, the total page number is displayed.

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Include the "Page N of M" Special Field to the report. To access this field use the following menu option: "View | Field Explorer", in case the Field Explorer hasn't been enabled within Crystal Reports. In the Field Explorer open the "Special Fields" treeview, select the "Page N of M" field and place this field in the report (drag and drop).
