SYMPTOM(s):
Running License Update program on Terminal Server machine and getting error that Terminal Server must be in install mode.
Installing Progress on Terminal Server machine and getting error that Terminal Server must be in install mode.
CAUSE:
Changes made to installed packages or programs which install new software on a Terminal Server; Metaframe Server or Citrix Server must first have the system put into Install Mode to allow the updates to propagate to all registry keys so that shared users can access the software correctly.
