Progress Software and Windows 95B OSR 2.1
Older versions of Progress were not tested or certified on Windows
95B, also known as OSR 2.1. Progress version 8.3A and later are
fully tested and supported on Windows 95b as well as on Windows 98.
If you wish to verify whether your Windows 95 machine has OSR 2.1.
Click on the Start Button
Select Settings
Select Control Panel
Double Click on the Add/Remove Programs icon
If you see "USB Supplement to OSR2" then you have OSR 2.1
Or you can check the version of the ntkern.vxd file which is in
Windows\System\vmm32 if the version is 4.03.1212 then you have OSR 2.1
