FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
A VMTool update was made while the VMWare environment was active and Progress was operating within the VMWare environment.
FIX:
Since VMWare is largely a memory oriented virtual session changes and updates to VMWare (VMTool) can destabilize the VMWare session.
Please stop all Progress processes / jobs when making updates to the VMWare environment.
