When AC_REQ_HIDE does not hide the Actuate EndUserDesktop
When AC_REQ_HIDE does not hide the Actuate End User Desktop when
calling it from a Progress application using API-calls.
This is a bug.
This problem is being caused by an incorrectly written registry entry.
To fix:
Manually edit the registry. (run REGEDIT)
Choose HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Actuate, Actuate End User Desktop,
workspace.
Then edit the MaximizeApp entry:
the value should be set to 0 not to 1.
