How does the -G Before-image truncate interval work in 9.1E?
GOAL:
Why does my bi file not grow in 9.1E?
FIX:
In 9.1E the default value of -G Before-image truncate interval has a default value of 0. With this value Progress should be able to immediately reuse a bi cluster if the cluster does not contain incomplete transactions. So the database bi should not grow.
