Message 12036 in database log file after fail over of cluster host.
Message 12036 in clustered database log file after auto start of database by Clustered AdminServer.
AdminServer is a cluster resource.
Database is a cluster resource.
Database is auto started by AdminServer.
Database starts okay.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development.
FIX:
Message is erroneous and may be ignored.
