dsrutil -C status returns -138 status
Fathom Replication cannot open database x.db Status = -138
CAUSE:
The dsrutil utility will return a -138 when either the source or target database is not running.
FIX:
As long as the defined time period for the deferred startup parameter has not been exceeded the database may be restarted and both source and target should resync without issue.
If the time period for the deferred startup parameter was exceeded and the target was not defined as critical, then the source will have started in standalone database mode.
If replication is necessary then the target should be defined as critical in the future.
Replication will have to be re-established if the database started in standalone mode.
