All SQL clients hang on attempting to connect
ODBC Manager test connect hangs.
No errors generated.
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress/OpenEdge Product Family
CAUSE:
4GL user is in Data Dictionary had accessed tables and fields. They click ok, but had not exited. They still had a lock on _file 1.
FIX:
Commit work, and disconnect from Data Dictionary.
