SYMPTOM(s):
Operating System shut down while Fathom was running
All databases started without issue except fathom.db (trend database)
Start of trend database fails with 1136 error
SYSTEM ERROR: Shared memory access permission denied (1136)
The .lk file for for the fathom database is still present
removal of the lock file has no affect
FIX:
To start the trend database:
1. Truncate the bi file:
proutil fathom -C truncate bi
2. Restart the database
