FIX:
The Knowledge Center is open to all partners, customers and users. Since the Knowledge Center is open, it does not require a login.
As of August 2006, there are no plans to lock down the Progress Knowledge Center. If or when that changes, we will certainly work to notify our community of the decision and how users will be impacted.
