Trying to run application with domain user account
Unable to open parameter file <name>, errno <number>. (1247)
Unable to open Parameter file \\serverpath\start.pf, errno 2. (1247)
Windows errno 2 means System error 67 has occurred. The network name cannot be found
Application runs when user as part of local admin group.
Clients use a mapped drive to access program.

CAUSE:
This is a Microsoft problem with the Domain Controller on Windows XP as well as Windows 2003. For further information, please see Microsoft article 843156
