Unable to choose UTF-8 ICU collations during OpenEdge installation.
ICU collations are not available during the OpenEdge setup routine.
CAUSE:
Enhancement Request# 20050802-002
FIX:
This Enhancement has not been implemented in the product.
After the installation process, change the -cpcoll parameter within the %DLC%\startup.pf file manually to the desired UTF-8 ICU collation.
