SYMPTOM(s):
Disabled Fill-in is missing 3D border
Previous versions of Progress display the 3D border on disabled fill-ins
Previous Progress environments set Keep3DFillInBorder to YES in the startup section of the progress.ini
CAUSE:
Keep3DFillInBorder is not set. Since its default is "no", the 3D broder is not displayed for disabled fill-in's
FIX:
This is expected behavior. To display 3D borders on disabled fill-in's, set "Keep3DFillInBorder=yes" in the Progress.ini or Registry
