SYMPTOM(s):
After migration from Dynamics 2.1A03 to 10.0B03 lookups / combos with parent fields and multiple buffers work differently and return unexpected results.
In 2.1A03 parent field filter was added to the first buffer by default, in newer versions it defaults to the last buffer of the query.

Upgrade from Dynamics 2.1A03 to 2.1B or 10.B01 or later

Set "|" (pipe sign) in lookup / combo property sheets to express the buffer position explicitly
