Application of Service pack 9.1D09 over the network fails.
Error message:These files are in use. prowin32 and three dll files Please shut them down.
Client Network install initially done from this PC to Linux box on mapped drive P:
CAUSE:
Other NetSetup clients are accessing these files at the time of the upgrade attempt.
FIX:
Steps to install the service pack over the networked drive:
1. Shut down access by all other NetSetup clients.
2. Reboot the Linux box to clean up any processes.
3. Install the service pack.
