Table <> and its indexes can be modified or dropped only by SQL92 (6547)
CAUSE:
There are two environment on this machine, V-8 and V-9. Database was created using a version 8 environment pointing to the V-9 DLC. However, there were still parts of the V-8 environment that had not been change to V-9 creating a bad environment.
FIX:
Set all environment variables for the version of Progress being used.
