SYMPTOM(s):
No database connection adapter licenses available for this database
Adding database within Fathom for monitoring.
No (Fathom) service packs installed.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Some possible workarounds are:
1) Stop and restart the AdminServer.
2) Stop the AdminServer and increase the java maximum heap memory size.
In 9.1E, the -mxNNNm can added to the JVMARGS in the $DLC\bin\Java_env for Unix installs, or the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\AdminService\9.1E\StartupCMD Registry key entry on Windows.
For 10.x, edit the AdminServerPlugins.properties file and add/increase the -XmxNNNm in the AdminServer section.
3) Consider upgrade Fathom Management to the lastest Service Pack available.
