Site Replication was enabled or disabled while the AdminServer was running.

The database could be started from within the Progress Explorer before Site Replication was enabled/disabled.

Bug# OE00125827
CAUSE:
This is a known issue under investigation by Development.
The manual change to the status of Site Replication is not reflected in the AdminServer unless the AdminServer is stopped and restarted.
FIX:
The AdminServer must be stopped and restarted.
Alternatively, you can delete the database from the Progress Explorer, and add it anew.
