Using Progress Runtime Client
Errors 724 and 492 are generated when running code
** You cannot run programs that access data in this PROGRESS version. (724)
** Unable to run startup procedure <name>. (492)
The only license installed is MS SQL DataServer
Same operation works correctly with only ODBC DataServer or Oracle DataServer licenses installed
