Database utilities do not work when using relative database path references.
Error <file-name> is a copy of <file-name>. Database cannot be opened. (598)
The following command does not work: proutil \progress\wrk\sports -C truncate bi
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Specify the drive letter with the database path. E.g. C:\progress\wrk\sports -C truncate bi
