Bug# OE00125646
FIX:
This seems to only happen in the scenario below. The workaround is to not close AppBuilder before PRO*Tools.
1. starting AppBuilder
2. if PRO*Tools starts automatic close it
3. start PRO*Tools from the Tools list
4. I click on 'Service Parameter Maintenance'
3. Select 'JMS Servers'
4. click on the closing [X] in the AppBuilder
=> prowin32 GPFs and generates a protrace
