Could not load Oracle library Error 2011 Alpha NT only
Could not load Oracle library <library-name> Error 2011 Alpha NT

The Oracle 7.3 installation for Alpha NT does not install all of the
needed .DLLs (OCIW32.dll) to run the Progress Oracle Dataserver.
If you are encountering error 2011 'Could not load Oracle library
<library-name> Error' (2011) specifically on Alpha NT, then you
may be running into this problem.
In order to be sure that the needed .DLLs (OCIW32.dll) are installed
on the Alpha NT, you will need to call Oracle Technical Support
for help in doing a custom install on the Alpha NT platform. Currently
there is an Oracle TAR of 10514222.4 that can be used to reference
this issue when calling Oracle Technical Support.
Note: This problem only happens on the Alpha NT install of Oracle
7.3 (not Intel).
