SYMPTOM(s):
Installing Progress fails after entering the control codes.
"The entered configuration information is incorrect. Re-enter the configuration data"
CAUSE:
Missing the leading 2 zeroes in the serial number.
FIX:
The leading zeros are compulsory for the installation. Add '00' to the serial number '3xxxxxx'.
