Help function fails with OpenEdge 10.0B NetSetup
Progress Help function does not work.

CAUSE:
This is a known Microsoft issue; after installing security update 896358 or 890175 some Web sites and HTML Help features may not work due to changes of CHM files.
FIX:
See Microsoft KB Article ID : 892675 for solution.

A possible workaround to this is to copy the \dlc\prohelp\*.* to the local working directory\prohelp\*
In this way you will be able to use help from e.g. AppBuilder while using the Help icnon from the Programs - Porgress - Help might still not work.
