dbtool utility gives an error after all the input values have been entered
juMsg Process Init failed 1
ERROR connecting
PROMSGS variable not the problem.
CAUSE:
Current user does not have write access to the database files
FIX:
Run dbtool with:
1. the user that created the database, or
2. root.
