HTML web objects can be compiled on Workshop but not in AppBuilder
An error occurred in the web server and will be displayed in your web browser
local development
CAUSE:
Messenger executable (cgiip.exe, wsisa.dll) is corrupt.
FIX:
Replace the cgiip.exe and the wsisa.dll in the C:\Inetpub\scripts with copies from the DLC\bin (installation) directory.
