CAUSE:
font color for disabled setting relies on Windows configuration
FIX:
Enhancement Request# OE00119532
As a workaround:
change the Windows Theme to classic or by changing the color settings.
Or,
use a different color for background instead of the typical grey color.
Another way to resolve this would be to remove any Native attribute on the disabled fillins. The Native attribute adds a fillin 3D border, but it also reduces the contrast between the fillin background color and the fillin data. Removing the Native attribute removes the 3D border but increases the contrast between the background color and fillin data.
