Getting error starting AdminServer ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
version file missing from $DLC directory
ads0.exp lists error that AdminServerPlugins.dat file not found
CAUSE:
The Progress installation is missing files. This may be caused by disk or disk controller problems or a virus or even accidental deletion.
FIX:
1) Backup the contents of the $DLC\properties folder to a safe location outside of $DLC.
2) If any custom files have been put into the $DLC directory or subdirectory remove them to a safe location outside of $DLC
3) Uninstall Progress
4) Re-install Progress
