Watermark image in Actuate increases size of output file.
Concerning the use of page watermarks in Actuate, the question that
may arise is: Is the Watermark image sent to the printer once and
then printed on every page, OR is the image sent to the printer with
every page sent, thereby increasing the file size exponentially?
The answer is the latter: a test done with a bitmap appearing in .roi
on every page (to simulate a watermark) increases the file size with
each page sent to the printer.
Below are the test results:
1.) Test Case A : Generate report with just one bitmap in the entire
report.
