SYSTEM ERROR: Roll forward of file <file name> did not complete normally (1046)
SYSTEM ERROR: End of last note read is at file offset (1048)

Ran prostrct add

Bug# 20010611-022
CAUSE:
Occurs during roll forward after changing ai extent size with prostrct add
FIX:
This issue is fixed in the latest 9.1B and 9.1C patches on all platforms
