Strange error messages are displayed during a one-click webinstall of WebClient (webclient.htm) as a non admin user.

Unable to create dialog.

Error number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashed: ISRT. ComponentViewSetInfo.
Setup will now terminate.
Normally a message is displayed that the installation will not be done correctly because the user doesn't have administrator privileges.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Install OpenEdge WebClient with a user which has administration rights
