SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to select a different paper tray when printing with Report Builder or the Report Engine
Choosing a different paper source when running a report does not work
Changing the tray to print to via Setup in the Report Builder Print Dialog has no effect
Changing the RB Engine parameters has no effect
Report Builder continues to print to the tray saved in the report

CAUSE:
This is expected behaviour as the only way to choose a paper tray is at development time
FIX:
1) Open the report in Report Builder
2) Go to Report -> Print (Ctrl + P)
A dialog-box will open. In this dialog-box in the lower part there is a combo-box called "Paper Source".
3) Select in this dialog box the paper tray
In this dialog box is stored the setting that will be used at run time for the paper tray.
4) Click Close. Do not close by using the X in upper right corner, because the setting will not be saved.
5) Close Report Builder and save the report when prompted.
6) Now if you print using the report engine the paper tray saved in the report will be used, no matter what setting be used at run (print) time.
