SYMPTOM(s):
AdminServer will not start
AdminServer hangs on startup
No error message is displayed
CHANGE:
Progress executables were copied to a new directory
CAUSE:
Progress executables can not be copied to a new location. The registry setting will not match the new directory paths.
FIX:
Uninstall Progress then reinstall to the new location.
