Oracle Error 1012 when trying to connect Oracle
ORA-01012: not logged on
Using sql*Net
Using TNSPING utility returns OK.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Set TNS_ADMIN environment variable to the path of the tnsnames.ora file.
