Can't shutdown 10.0B AdminServer.
proadsv -stop just hangs.
Last couple of lines in the admserv.log show

/usr/dlc/bin/osmetrics.dll

Fathom is not installed.
CAUSE:
The osmetrics.dll is failing to load completely.
FIX:
Use the # symbol to comment out the following lines in the $DLC/properties/AdminServerPlugins.properties file:
